These works explore and respond to how our dreams (aspiration and desires) and dreams (REM sleep) create unique wonderlands. The visual response is shaped by how I experience my dreaming states, both emotionally and spiritually. 

On a spiritual level, our consciousness is lifted from what is seen, to what is experienced and aspired to, beyond the flat dimensions of matter and factual categorisation. It taps into the perspective of a child-like mind and wonder, that both is here and present (in the tangible) and yet also firmly believes in the possibility and reality of experiences beyond the natural world. 

These pieces are ink washed with a wax exclusion, acrylic inks, acrylic paint markers, ink pens and leaves of gold, silver and copper.
